Insurance I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. You are welcome to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance and I will be happy to assist you in doing so. Many insurance companies provide benefits to cover out-of-network providers which can be up to 80% of the cost of treatment. Depending on your insurance, your final cost may be similar to your co-pay for an in-network provider. Questions you may want to ask you insurance provider are: What is my Behavioral Health coverage? Do I have a deductible? What is my out-of-network reimbursement rate? |
Fees Please contact me for a no-fee initial telephone consultation to discuss the counseling needs of you or your family member. I will return all calls within 24 hours. Please note that I am able to provide a sliding scale for payment based on your finacial situation on a limited basis. ~Sessions are 50 minutes. ~Full payment is required at the beginning of each session. I will provide you with a receipt with the information that your insurance needs to reimburse you for your treatment. ~I am able to accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. |
